How do you handle remote and restricted-access sites?
We plan the logistics first: barges, ice roads, seasonal windows, and on-site coordination. Access drives the schedule, so we engineer it into the plan rather than discovering it on site.
What does "radical transparency" actually mean?
You see the scope, the schedule, and the numbers in full, and you keep seeing them as the build moves. When something changes or goes sideways, you hear it from us fast, with options, not after the fact.
Do you work with my architect or general contractor?
Yes. We integrate with your team and schedule, and we are often the specialist a general contractor brings in for timber frame, panelized scope, or complex carpentry.
Where do you build?
Across Manitoba and the surrounding region, including remote lake and wilderness sites. If access is the hard part, tell us where, and we will tell you how.
